Ingredients

  • Starter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 orange spice tea bags
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • 2 limes
  • 200 g blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 x 400g cans of chickpeas - keep the liquid of 1 1/4 cans
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
