  • Chicken Breasts, cut into strips: 2
  • Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
  • Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Refined Flour (Maida): 3/4th cup
  • Cornflakes, crushed: : 1 cup
  • Oil To fry: 2 tbsp
  • Mustard (optional): 1/2 tsp
  • Lettuce leaves: 2
  • Carrot: 1 chopped
  • Pepper one tsp
  • Oil To fry
  • Water as required
  • Cornflakes
  • Salt to taste


    Marinate the chicken strips with salt, Kissan fresh tomato ketchup and corn flour. Keep it aside.
    To make the batter, break an egg and add a little salt in it and whisk well.
    Take some maida on a plate with cornflakes in another plate and an egg in a bowl.
    Heat oil in a pan, dip the chicken in the maida, then in the egg and lastly coat it with the cornflakes.
    Fry the chicken for about 5-6 Minutes on a medium high flame.
    To prepare the tiffin, add some lettuce leaves, carrots & the nuggets.
