Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • 2 tsp Turmeric pwd -
  • ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice -
  • 1 tbsp Salt -
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Bay leaf - 1
  • Cloves - 4
  • Onion -
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Coriander pwd -
  • 1 ½ tsp
  • ½ tsp
  • Red chilly pwd - 2 tsp Chopped capsicum -
  • ¼ cup
  • 30 minutes Heat oil in a thick bottomed wok /kadai.
