ToMakeParatha (flat-bread). Add the cauliflower florets, ginger & green chilies into the food processor & grind till you break them into very small pieces (grated like consistency), make sure you don't make a paste of it
Remove the pickled paneer mix from the kadai to a plate to cool down (important). As you roll out the paratha dust it with the atta(wheat) flour to avoid the stuffing to stick to the rolling pin
Melted Ghee (Clarified Butter) - as required, to smear on top. I got into making Kulchas, enthused by the ones we had eaten in the various Indian joints
Pinch off small balls of dough from the paratha dough and with a rolling pin make a small circle like the size of a poori, keep the potato,green peas mixture ball in the middle of the circle , fold as shown and then roll out into a slightly thicker chapati like, or else the filling will come out of the paratha
The size depend on how much dough and filling you used. I like tomakestuffedparathas as an occasional treat and it's nice to try out different fillings
Inside the bread there are various stuffings that can be done and fried but, here, I have used boiled potato stuffing but, various stuffings using egg, paneer, veggies too can be done to this snack
Tomake the roti make a well with you flour on a board or in a large bowl and shake over your salt, add you oil and work through the flour to create bread crumbs that are almost like wet sand
Kids/toddlers love protein and it contains less fat compared to other cheese varieties,with so many advantages I regularly use paneer in my cooking in various forms

Make a small ball of the filling but make sure it is not too big than the dough circle. Since we dont have tandoor at home, you can try to cook with oven or stovetop
