Today is the day that I tackle this one. Today is a busy day. I’m trying to get Jon and I ready for vacation (by the time you read this we will back all tanned and well rested… and a little hungover still), I have a TON of blogging to do (which means I have a TON of cooking to do), I have to get the kids ready for our vacation (set up a new bus schedule, make sure to organize their clothes for easy school mornings with my parents), I have blogging for Living Litehouse to do, and I’ll be running around all evening doing Ava’s dance thing… So this morning I figured the least I could do was give myself a break this evening, plus a little blog material, and get dinner made and out of the way
