  • 12 mini bundt cakes
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Pecans
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 large Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 3/4 cup Mashed Bananas (5-6 bananas)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 ounce can Crushed Pineapple
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sifted Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoon Milk
