  • ¼ Cup Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Grated
  • 8-10 Baby Eggplants
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1-2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Bay Leaves
  • 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • ¼ Cup Peanuts
