oil. 2 tbsp of peanuts2 tbsp of dry coconut1/2 tbsp of white sesame seedsgrind and add 2/3rd cup of water. 4 tsp of oil -> saute bell pepper5 tsp of oil + 1 tsp mustard seeds + 1 tsp cumin seeds + 1 tsp fennel seeds + 1/2 tsp methi seeds+ 15 curry leaves + 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (add 1 green chillywhilegrinding) {about 1/3rd cup of garlic(1 whole garlic cluster) and equal amt of ginger + 1 green chilly }+ 1 cup friedonions+1 gooseberry sizetamarind+1 tsp coriander pwdr + 1 tsp cumin pwdr + 1/2 tsp of red chilly pwdr + 3/4 tsp of turmeric pwdr + 3/4 tsp of salt+ ground paste -> med flame for 10minstilloil oozes out. 5 cups of water and bring to boil (10 mins)add the sauted green pepper for 3 mins. 4 tsp of oil. 5 tsp of oil. 1 tsp cumin seeds. 1/2 tsp methi seeds. 1 tbsp ginger. 1 green chilly. 1 whole garlic. 1 cup friedonions. 1 tsp coriander pwdr. 1 tsp cumin pwdr. 3/4 tsp of turmeric. 10mins t. 10 min. 3 min
