Ingredients

  • Indian Pudding
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3 Tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar (I used Whey Low Granular)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold milk (I used 1%)
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus extra for greasing
