Ingredients

  • 200 gm Maida Flour
  • 50 gm Corn Flour
  • 150 gm Carrot (grated)
  • 150 gm Cabbage (grated)
  • 50 gm Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Ajinomoto (MSG) a pinch
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 gm Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 5 gm Green Chilli (crushed)
  • 10 gm Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 cup Hot Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 gm grated cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp grated carrot
  • ½ tsp Chilli Sauce
  • ½ tsp Corn Flour
  • ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Baking Soda (a pinch)
  • 1 finely chopped green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp chopped carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp ginger, chopped

  • 30 gm long green beans
  • 150 grams carrots
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 2 pieces celery (optional)
  • 3 pieces chopped green chillies
  • 2 capsicum pepper
  • 50 grams cauliflower
  • 1 large chopped ginger
  • 3 Tbsp chilli paste
  • 30 grams chopped garlic
  • 3 Tbsp corn flour
  • 2 onions 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 springs spring onion
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 Tbsp sweet and sour sauce or 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ¼ cup frozen/ fresh peas
  • ¼ cup carrots, grated
  • ¼ cup paneer, grated
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage, grated
  • 1-2 garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup frozen/ fresh beans, chopped
  • 1 potato steamed and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp soy flour
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 green chilli, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2-3 garlic, minced
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • 1-2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 spring onions, greens and whites separated
  • ¼ cup bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 cup of water
