Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish
  • slices
  • 2 slices of
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cm piece ginger
  • 3 tbsp ground
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp fresh
  • 1 tsp
  • oil for deep frying
  • 1. Put all the ingredients except the fish and the oil into a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add enough water to make a paste (In my case, the lemon juice was enough to make a paste)
