Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup finely crushed chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos or graham crackers)
  • 1-2 tablespoons cold coffee, espresso syrup or even melted butter (to moisten the crumbs)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 8 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • coarse Kosher salt
