Ingredients

  • 2 pcs large squid, cleaned
  • 4 pcs medium size tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 pcs medium size onions, chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 pcs birds eye chillies, chopped
  • 1 lemon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 7. Place squid on a serving plate, slice crosswise and serve it with the dipping sauce
