  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa
  • 1 Teaspoon Fleur de Sel
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Instant Espresso Coffee
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Chocolate Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Miniature Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 2 (7-oz.) Containers Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar, Sifted
  • Cream the butter for 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla; mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar a cup at a time; mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Use a petal cake decorating tip to create ripples falling down the Bundt cake.
  • Refrigerate cake for 2 hours.
