In a wide bowl, add besan flour, curd, water, turmeric powder, chilli+ginger paste or finely chopped green chilli and ginger, salt, sugar and cooking oil
In large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until pale. In bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. With slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels to drain

This goes very well with Dosa / idli I like to have it with chapathi also. Traditional one is using besan flour but my mum does with roasted gram dhal (which I will post it shortly)
This is an easy and quick gramflour/besancakerecipe. Heat oil in a kadai/pan, splutter mustard seeds, green chillies, add curry leaves, a pinch of hing and saute for few minutes
As there are no dhokla fans in the house, I save some of the idli/dosa batter for me to enjoy a plate of khatta dhokla using the sour yogurt to mix in the batter
