So when I came across Linda's (How to Cook a Wolf) crockpot version of pulledpork, not to mention the gorgeous accompanying photographs, I had to try it
PulledPorkSandwich with Homemade Bar B Que SaucePrep Time. Toast bun with a little butter, pull pork with your hands or forks, toss in sauce and stack it
Dredge each pork medallion in the flour mixture and brown each side in the InstantPot. I began to hear tales of the magical wonders of the InstantPot (or InstaPot as us ‘potheads’ like to call it)
Return the pork in the InstantPot, lock the lid and turn the pressure vent to the sealing position. Press the Sauté function on the InstantPot and let your pressure cooker heat up
I love making pulled chicken and pork in the crock pot. Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. I also love Balsamic Vinegar so I knew I would love this sandwich
Then I remembered that I still had about half of the peach white wine sauce that I made to go with the pork shoulder and a pack of potato rolls in the freezer, and suddenly it all made sense
The sandwich consists of a beautifully balanced combination of pork (we used leftover pulledpork here), ham, mustard, gherkins, swiss cheese and delicious bread
