  • 2 teaspoons juniper berries or sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3 dried bay leaves
  • 8 smoked sausages, cut into shorter lengths
  • 2 cups/500 ml dry Riesling wine
  • 1 teaspoon white peppercorns
