Ingredients

  • 2 lg cans crushed tomato sauce
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 1 small-medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1/2 extra large red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 oz. of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of Shiraz sweet wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar, optional
  • 1/2-3/4 lb. scallops
  • 1.5 lbs. Alaskan Cod fish
  • 1 lb. cleaned, deveined shrimp
  • 1 lb. squid with tentacles (or not with tentacles)
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic crush + 1/2-1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dried basil
  • 1 tsp. Italian spice
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt and black pepper
