  • 3 t Fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1 TB Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Extra-Large Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 TB Fresh Thyme, finely chopped
  • 500 g Lean Ground Beef
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
