  • 2 large zucchini (or 4 smaller ones) ½ pound Honeysuckle Sweet Italian turkey sausage** ½ jar spaghetti sauce ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon minced garlic About ½ cup mozzarella cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut ends off of zucchini and then cut the zucchini in half. Spoon out the fleshy seed part of the zucchini. If there is a part that doesn't have to be scooped out (so no place to put the meat sauce), then cut that portion off. Cook and crumble turkey sausage in a pan with Italian seasoning and garlic. Add spaghetti sauce and cook until warm. Add meat mixture to each zucchini "boat." Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes in a baking dish with sides. If the cheese isn't browned after 15 minutes, turn to broil for 1-2 minutes (watching carefully!) Notes **Always cook turkey to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 3.3.3077
