Ingredients

  • 25 minutes
  • 20 minutes
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 5 large green bell peppers
  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 cup minced garlic
  • 2 large cloves
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 heaping cups
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional, I didn't use it this time)
  • 1. Add your rice to
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 15 minutes
  • 6. Remove skillet from heat and stir in the cup of cheese, optional pine nuts, olives, parsley and the cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • 20 minutes
  • 20 minutes cove
