I made this recipe up in attempt to copy-cat the Trader Joes Balsamic and Rosemary GrilledChicken. Serve this on kabobs, over a salad, or as a main dish with some grilled veggies for an easy amazing summer dinner
Sometimes when I am out to eat at a bar and grill, I crave a good grilledchicken sandwich. It does require you to marinate the chicken (easy) and pull out the barbecue (fairly easy), but after that it is just assembling a sandwich and I'm pretty sure we'll all done that at some point in our lives

Place chicken in a single layer in the baking dish. 2 Put chicken in a large sealable plastic zip-lock bag and add marinade. 4 Discard marinade, then pat chicken dry. Grill chicken over area with no coals (or over a turned-off burner), skin side down first, covered, turning over once, until cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes (add charcoal to maintain heat). Roast chicken for 30 minutes
