Ingredients

  • 10 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente (I used Ronzoni)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled (I used center cut)
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
