Ingredients

  • 30 minutes, until cooked through and juices ran clear. WOW, this was SO yummy!!! Leftovers the next night were EVEN better.
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 Cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 4 Jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
