Ingredients

  • dough
  • 200 g bread flour
  • 20 g sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 g instant dry yeast
  • 10 g egg
  • 95 ml milk (+/- 10ml)
  • 30 ml water
  • turn dough 90 degrees
  • 面片转 90度
  • slice into 9 equal triangles
  • 分割成 9份三角形面片
  • – my room temperature was lesser than 20 degrees C and it took me 5 hours to proof the croissants.. it didn’t bother me since i wasn’t rushing for time
