  • 80 gr all purpose flour
  • 170 gr egg white
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g castor sugar
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 10 seconds
  • 20-25 minutes
  • 1 to the cake
  • 2, combine and fold lightly, add the remaining of cake
  • 1 fold lightly until well combine
  • 10 minutes in
  • 165 degree Celsius at middle rack
  • 30 minutes
