Ingredients

  • 300 g minced chicken
  • in
  • 2 stalks spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup less sodium shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/2 tsp corn flour with 2 tbsp water)
  • 1.5 inch size and thread onto the skewer sticks (3 balls per stick). Transfer onto the baking tray.
