Ingredients

  • 6 glasses adapted from here
  • 135 g digestive biscuits, crushed finely
  • 62 g melted butter
  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g yogurt (I used sour cream- yogurt was MIA at the moment)
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 g powdered gelatin
  • 50 ml hot water
