Ingredients

  • Scallops (12=200g)
  • Shaved Ham (100g)
  • Mushrooms (100g)
  • Corn (1 ear)
  • Scallion (4 sprigs)
  • Miso
  • Butter
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sherry
  • 1 T of sesame oil in a pan. When the scallion begins to brown, add the shaved ham. Continue to stir fry for a minute. Mix 1 heaped t of miso with 1T sherry and add this to the pan followed by 1 cup of water. You now have a ham and scallion miso soup base.
