Jollof Rice with Carrot and Green Beans

  • 3 Derica cup of Rice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning and salt
  • 2 packs of 70g Gino tomato sachets
  • Diced Green beans and carrot
  • Preferred meat source


    Step 1: Add Ororo in pot and heat for 1 min
    Step 2: Add tomato Paste and fry for 4 mins then add meat stock.
    Step 3: Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste, and allow to boil for 5 mins.
    Step 4: Add your raw rice, stir and cook for 30 minutes.
    Step 5: Add your Green beans and carrot, cover with foil and cook for 5 minutes more.
    Step 6: Serve hot and consume!
