  • 4 tblsp Jowar flour
  • 1 tblsp Oats
  • 1 tblsp Germinated Wheat Bran
  • 1 Onion, medium sized, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, small, de-seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/4 " Adrak | Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Green Mirchi | Chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tblsp Spring Onion Leaves
  • 1 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Til | Sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 pinch Hing | Asofoetida Powder
  • Oil for Thalipeeth
  • To taste Salt
