Ingredients

  • 5 medium size
  • 1/4 cup white rice flour, 1/4 cup brown rice flour, 1/4 cup sorghum flour, and 1/4 cup tapioca flour.(2) Stir in 1 t baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda, and 1/2 t salt.

  • 2-3 T of butter (2) Then add 1/2 cup of buttermilk (She said buttermilk works with the baking powder to help them rise)(3) Mix just until moist.
