  • 450 F and arrange the bones and about

  • 2 1/2 quarts homemade beef stock
  • 2 cups of
  • 1 cup dry
  • 40 minutes
  • 10 minutes Blend
  • 25-30 minutes
  • 4 minutes
  • 2 cups of hot stock
  • 8-12 slices of toasted French bread
  • 1 1/2 cups of Swiss Gruyere (half grated, half very thinly sliced) with a little grated Parmesan cheese
