Ingredients

  • 20 mins Cook time : 50 mins Total time : 70 mins Recipe type: Bhakri-Indian flatbread
  • 2 heaped cups of sorghum flour / jwari peeth
  • 2½ cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt or as required
  • 3 tsp ghee or butter as required
  • 2. Reduce the flame to low and add the sorghum flour and cook stirring continuously till the flour
  • turns into a lump. It may take hardly 2 minutes
