In a large bowl add kale, radhiccio, potatoes, chickpeas, and sunflower seeds. For some reason I’ve always struggled with finding my happy place and I’m starting to think that is why I have such trouble completely clearing my mind sometimes
Mince the garlic and add it to a large pot with the olive oil. Rinse the quinoa well with cool water to remove the saponins, a natural coating that can taste bitter
