Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g vegan/gf sausage (or one from linked recipe)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • pinch of sugar
  • 2 x 420g tins of butter beans, rinsed and drained
  • 100 g fresh kale, chopped
