  • 1-2 cups chopped fresh kale
  • 1 sweet potato, baked and peeled
  • 6 oz or 1/2 package silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
