  • 518 burger, which I’ve deemed the best burger in town.* The last time we went though, I was craving something a little healthier and ended up getting the kale salad.
  • Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1- inch piece of Ginger, peeled and shaved into thin slivers
  • 2 Carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 6 cups Kale, center ribs removed and torn into bite size pieces
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese
