Ingredients

  • 600 gr Daging sapi/ayam-ptg kecil/iris
  • 1/8 st Pala
  • 400 ml Santan
  • 1 sm Kecap ikan
  • 30 gr Tekokak
  • 3 sm
  • 1 sm
  • jam seblm digunakan. Buka kaleng & ambil bagian yg solid/kentalnya saja utk
  • 3-4 min hingga harum. Beri daging, aduk hingga
  • 600 gr
  • 2 Red chilies
  • 6 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 400 ml thick
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 30 gr
  • 3 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1-2 hours before using
  • 2 of them into small pieces & thinly
