Ingredients

  • Cinnamon stick - 1" piece
  • 1 medium, peeled and diced
  • 2 medium large, thinly sliced
  • Cloves - 5
  • 1 large, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil in pan, add the cashews, curry leaves and raisins. Fry till cashews turn golden and raisins plump up. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
