Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chuck steak and brown, this should take only 5 minutes with some pink bits remaining.

A surprisingly delicious beefstew was unearthed from the Bon Appetit website. The things that made it standout are the bones, which gave extra flavour, the garlic (surprising I know) and the excellent redwine I got in our pantry
