Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
  • tbsp
  • tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp Sugar - 2 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Eno (green) / Fruit Salt - 1 + 1/2 tsp (1 packet)
  • 2 tsp Asafoetida -
  • 1 pinch Curry leaves - 1 sprig Grated coconut - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves -
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Water -
  • 1 tsp oil in a small frying pan and add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle, add asafoetida and curry leaves and saute for few seconds. remove from the flame and let it cool down completely.
