Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • ¼ Cup peas
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 5 - 6 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chana dal
  • 1 tbsp split urad dal
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 4 Cup of water
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 dry red chili
  • 1/2 inch piece
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 tsp gram dal
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 2 - 3 tsp grated coconut
  • 2 - 3 tsp of
  • 4 C water
