  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat atta
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened khoya
  • 1/4 cup chopped raisins and cashews
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • milk for kneading the dough (optional)
  • 3-4 tsp oil or ghee for frying the Paranthas
