Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • brown sugar
  • top
  • 3/4 full Sprinkle the top of each with a little brown sugar. Bake 15-18 minutes, or until muffins are golden and springy to the touch.
