  • 120 g strawberry puree + 1/4 cup coarsely chopped strawberries
  • Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 190 g sugar
  • 210 g butter, softened
  • 100 g strawberries, finely chopped
