Again Iam here with one more muttongravy dish. So,here also I used coconut+khus khus as the base for gravy which gives a nice flavor and add water according to your choice

For the Gravy. For the gravy. Add koftas into the gravy and wait till the koftas leave water and then only if required add more water and let the koftas cook on a low flame
I rarely make mutton recipes but my father once in a while take mutton alone. Aged persons prefer masala less n coconut less gravy, so my Mom usually make the gravy simple without adding any whole garam masala/coconut to it
