Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of corn starch
  • 1/4 cup of Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of agave syrup (or honey instead)

  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
  • Canola oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 L of water,
  • 1/2 cup of sugar and
  • 1/2 cup of salt for at least
  • 12 hours for really juicy chicken
  • 375 degrees
  • 165 degrees Allow to cool for at least
  • 10 minutes before serving with the sweet
