Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 1/4 gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbs palm sugar
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbs fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbs minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbs sriracha hot chili sauce (or more or less, to taste)
  • 4 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tbs coconut or olive oil
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked organic jasmine rice
  • 1 head Boston, Bibb, or butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed, and patted dry
