Heat oil in a kadai. Wash ladiesfinger and cut into pieces. Add required amount of water and cook in a medium or slow flame until ladiesfinger is tender

Chop the ladiesfinger. Saute the ladiesfinger with a little salt. LadiesFinger - 10. Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons. Jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon. Water - 1/3 cup or less. Dissolve the tamarind pulp in 1/4 cup water and keep aside. When 1/2 done, pour the ground paste and the remaining tamarind pulp and water. Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup Green chillies - 2. 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons Jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon Tamarind pulp - 1 tablespoon Water - 1/3 cup or less
wash the ladiesfinger and pat it dry. slit the ladiesfinger lengthwise and the chop. add the ladiesfinger and saute it till the stickiness is gone and the ladiesfinger get cooked
